This Crower 00484S SBC Small Base Circle Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1955-1998. Crower designed this cam for street/strip use, it works well with EFI, forced induction and nitrous oxide use, and it features a fair idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio and a 2400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.

Small Base Circle camshafts are recommended in stroker engines to provide adequate rod bolt clearance while the engine is rotating.
