This Comp Cams 51-232-3 Pontiac 268H High Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 265-455 Pontiac engines from 1955-1981. Comp designed this cam for street performance/strip use, and it features good low-end and mid-range torque with a noticeable idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 1900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
